this isn't just a halo, its like 2 birds with one stone. your nose hump becomes invisible, and you get to look more forward grown and more deep set eyes.

Idk who told you its a "psl meme" but its not.
Also its always better to bring bones forward, than backward (including the nasal bridge, even though its cartilage), to recess the nose cartilage backwards, you'd only solve the hump and you'd still look horse.
