Probably tbh. Either way, he doesn't look good at all and still has low SMV so bimax didn't really pay off (aesthetically speaking, functionally is a whole different story).

When I posted my comment I didn't realise he had SFS, this adds a whole new dimension to the result tbh. Yeah, the SFS got cured and there is an aesthetic improvement.

My main point still stands though, he's not good looking/appealing in any way and this is only the beginning of his ascension as he needs quite a few other things done to become decent looking.

Do you have the before ? He lacks supramental fold and the lower lip has 0 projection. Also the Upper lip isn’t projected enough. You need a line that touches the chin and the upper lip to end where the nose hole ends or slightly before that
