It seems mewing/facepulling has worked for him atleast a little bit. Look at the nose, jaw and chin and it seems he's maxilla has come forward a tiny bit. This might just be hardcore angle and lightning frauding tho but i dont know.

His face does look fuller, and his dorsal hump on his nose has lessened a bit. Not very convincing change though tbh. Does it say how many years he's been at it for?

Edit: Keep in mind if you read this guys blog, it doesn't sound like he dabbled in hard mewing, could be wrong though.
