STATS - starting weight - 75kg current weight - 82
Height - 6’2
Diet -
4-6 eggs cooked in EVOO or coconut oil
Tuna sandwich on sourdough fuck Ton of butter
2 large chicken thighs and 150g uncooked rice 2 tbsp EVOO
125-175g high fat beef mince cooked in EVOO or coconut oil with 150g uncooked rice
Maybe shitty protein shake
Other increments such as snacks etc empty cals just to hit goal

I’m being generous with myself lmao, 6’1 without shoes but that’s bs height measurement I’m like 6’2-6’3 everyday life with shoes on

Pretty much the same 185 barefoot , i fraud to 188
If ur 6’0 barefoot and then 188 in shoes etc that’s not Frauding, Frauding imo is like 5’11-6’2, what u have is just normal height without shoes and with shoes difference

Rice is just tasteless and has no nutrients
I recommend potatoes since you can cook them, bake them and make mashed potatoes. They also have more nutrients and are easier to digest

You couldve made six months of natty lifting progress in two months on sarms. There are things you take to counteract suppression, but I do get you. Personally Im impatient and I want a better physique in time for summer so I'm making use of PEDs.

Ok this is the next mistake, idk you probably use supermarket tuna which is really toxic and full of heavy metals.
it doesent matter what bread you choose sourdough, sour my ass, leave it out, the butter im glad about :)

the chicken thighs are good, since you still have the skin on them, but if you can get organic good quality chicken eat it raw optimally. the rice is unnecessary, rice has arsenic and why the olive oil? whatever its better than seed oils i guess.

well thats good man, you dont have to eat completely raw, i would say eat steaks over ground meat tho, since you can decide better how rare it should be in the middle you know.

I was only eating ground meat because of my budget
I was at university in this thread on a budget of around £25 a week for food
