How is he going to age, more like reverse aging with this natural human diet. I can give a explanation if you would like on why his diet is peak, but you also need to give reasonable arguments.

When your getting this abundance in nutrients, micronutrients, minerals, and vitamins your body does not need to eat more because it’s consuming all the nutrients you need to thrive and survive. Eating more does not mean being more healthy.

No 0 carbohydrates are needed to thrive and survive as a human, though since we live in a post agricultural era we consume carbohydrates all around us and it’s fine to eat occasionally outside at a party, family gathering, Christmas etc. and consume carbohydrates but not everyday and chronically year round.

What does 1l of pigs blood do?!!
Pigs blood contains an abundance of every single nutrient but ideally you want to drink cow’a blood or any ruminant animal or any wild predatory animal’s blood as it has the highest amount of all nutrients and other nutrients that are not found in any food such as ACE-T found in only kangaroo’s, emu’s, wolves, and cheetah’s. Though since they are protected under law consuming cow’s blood is plenty enough and pig’s blood is toxic if it is grain fed or not Pasteur raised so cow’s blood will always be more healthier, less toxic and more abundant in nutrient profile.

I need like a kilo+ of raw meat a day so u must be very sedentary or short.

Animal protein ideally coming from a ruminant animal or predatory animal, organs contain high levels of protein aswell.

1kg is only around 2lbs of meat a day which is completely normal.
 
you have to sustain enough carbs intake for diet to be healthy
Carbohydrates are not healthy, it’s simply sugar that spikes your insulin.

I eat some of the things in this list but how do u afford all this?
 
Is the raw pigs blood trying to replicate some african tribe or something? I don't see any benefit to it, and you may get vitamin overload toxicity etc.
