your chin lacks projection and height (could be fixed)
skin complexion could be better (accutane and proper trim)
more angularity overall (could achieve this w a lower bf and no water retention)
the neck u have already noticed

My bro you are definetely at the very least chadlite and with little work you can ascend to chad

HTN would be my rating for now. I don't think you would improve much with surgery since you don't have many flaws to begin with, but if you really wanted to, you could get zygoma reduction and jawline shaving on the left side of your face to fix asymmetry. I would add a chin implant to vertically extend your chin and maybe lip reduction. Your quality of life probably would not change very much if at all though.
