Rate eye area (be brutally honest, what should I improve and do in order to get a better eye area?

These are older pictures of my eyes, this is just to show eye shape and type.

And then these are newer pictures I have of my eyes, I have bloated up significantly from the older pictures as I have went on a bulk in order to gain more muscle. Is there anything I should do in order to increase eye area appeal?

The second picture is cooked because of my facial asymmetry. What would my eyes be rated honestly and what should I do to increase appeal in my eye area?
