No I don't pull skin over my eyes it's probably the angle but I have nearly no UEE. Also what are some tips for growing eyelashes?

if you really aren't eyelid pulling then that's bad because you're eyelids look like they're from a 50 year old, idfk moisturize them or something.

to grow eyelashes use topical minox or latisse and dye them jet black
