Mid Mtn,
Need more UEE, better eyelashes , brows could be more dense too and poor infras and eye colour.

Low set eyebrows does not equate to a good eye area, UEE is a fucking meme for 95% of people

you’re eyes are still very good , easily mid mtn - high mtn range , so a top 15% eye area.
Your eyes look worse in the new picture .
But eye area would not be a problem for you as they are good
