Compliments on eyes are one of the easiest, most common compliments people give, even when they don’t necessarily find the eyes special. Sometimes it’s just a way to be nice or make someone feel good. Unlike features like jawlines or noses, eyes are less controversial, most people’s eyes have some good qualities (color, shape, expression, etc.), so it’s a safe compliment

makes sense but still tho what makes my eyes rated so low although got all the features that makes an eye area great checked

Poor PFL (eye shape), Negative hooding, they look small and not one eye apart, poor color, and with a large iris makes it looks NPC ish. Your eyebrows could be more positively tilted too. They look slightly close set
