I got eyebrow dye comeing tomorrow, should I get topical minox? I heard people saying that it was bad for you. Also does putting Vaseline on eyebrows improve them?

lol i used to put vaseline on my brows too but i didnt notice a difference until topical minox and its not bad topical (foam especially) doesnt get absorbed systemically or barely at least
