angles, first pic is from slightly above and behind him, that's why you can't see his glabella.
Second pic is from much below his face level and you can just see his glabella and other eyebrow so second is closer to a true profile.
slight angles make a dramatic difference to side profile

Second pic is from much below his face level and you can just see his glabella and other eyebrow so second is closer to a true profile.

honestly so many people look shit from true side profile, 3/4 and the build up to side profile is more important.
