Can you show me your pics ? I just havr a bench so i only do bench press for chest.Yeha im in puberty i am in my late 16s.
I bulk rn and i am near 80kg . I am like 20% bodyfat but in this pic the lighting is good.

Im 172 and ill be 15 in like a month,its the only lighting i make photos because its the only one where my abs look defined but anyways you look good bro just train your chest and abs more often to get that body foids like
