I was at 5'11/179cm 155lbs/70kg ( 20-22% bf im guessing here ) - had worked out for maybe 6 months, mostly 5x5 with hypertrophy exercises
I got shit body fat distribution due to being a low t guy , Also body looks really uncanny due to rib flare + pectus excavatum which i developed during puberty due to extremely bad posture.
-walked like this pretty much during beginning of puberty - i looked retarded and got teased bcuz of it, also made my face look more recessed which has gotten much better now with better posture.
and this is at 62kg (135lbs) (rn) 19 years old and no gym for 6 months due to taking accutane which fucked me up
Anyways i know i got a horrible body atm and i'm pretty much a pure ectomorph with small bones, but how would you rate my overall frame? Below average or average? In pics with other people i don't look overly narrow but shirtless i look like a skinny fat estrogenic mess that lacks masculinity
