Train abs and shave belly hair it looks nasty af. Also get leaner while training abs. Shoulders and chest are ur best muscles. Looks very good. I would cut if I were u, u have enough muscle for foids

This is actually 20days after trimming all body hair. Since I am not getting laid dont wanna bother with it every month lol. But yeah will do later

I never train abs only do shoulders arms and chest. Will try it tmrw

6`2+ barefoot, 85kg(190 pounds) kinda changes cuz of water weight tho
Brutal , I am 6 feet and fatass 88kg

It looks like you still have a bit belly fat , right ?

hard to say man I had the membership for a long time but I wasn't going consistently. Maybe 1-2month of hiting it every day for sure

also I am probably training like shit, I just go push myself to limit on bench press/dumbells and some chest machines and then split

3 sets of every exercises with one warmup set and other 2 till failure (complete failure). You can wait 3-4 minutes between each set.

Ensure that you maintain the same weight for all sets, except for the warm-up set, when doing exercises like the dumbbell chest press. For example, if you can handle 20kg, stick to that weight throughout.

Never do two exercises of the same vertical/horizontal movement.

NEVER FOCUS ON ABS. NO ONE GIVES A FUCK ABOUT YOUR ABS
Instead train forearms, shoulders, bi/tri, chest and never skip legs


I'm pretty sure you know most of this but still trying to help you out.
