Funny story. I seen this guy live in 2013 when he was Rockstar Spud, some girl screamed for him in the audience and in a British accent he said “oh fuck off, get in the queue” And he seemed to surprisingly intimidate men when chatting up their girlfriends.
When he was on British Boot Camp, girls loved him. Even though he was 5’3, he’s very charismatic. His girlfriend is also a professional wrestler from when he was a nobody, she had all these 6’0+ men to train with, but he was her attraction. I guess confidence and having a good face can even boost midgets.

My friends girlfriend actually had a crush on him, said he was a “cute bad boy” and a nice change for wrestling. I was surprised myself but he’s a charismatic dude who carries himself well and doesn’t give a shit if he goes in as the smallest in the room, he’s gonna walk out the biggest.

Definitely. I know 6’3 guys with less charisma than 5’7 guys. I mean wrestling wise, look at how good looking Paul London (5’8) and Eddie Guerrero (5’8) were in their primes compared to let’s say Hardcore Holly (6’0) and Road Dogg (6’2).
I think the smaller guys would be more interesting due to looking good. Where as Shawn Michaels has both height and look, but I reckon he’d still be great even at 5’8. (Maybe not succeed in the WED however).
