He def needs lefort to correct his recessed maxilla, rhino, Orbital decompression and something to fix his eye asymmetry. Could gain like 1-2 PSL points from all that.

Obviously, he's gonna need surgery. His eye area is horrific but OD is exactly the right surgery to address it. He'd need another procedure for the asymmetry too. Needs lefort and rhino on top of that. Fixing these big flaws could give him up to 2 PSL.
