Bruh , this is low iq beyond belief, I have 19 cm tall skull which is literally the average from chin to Hairline . 23 cm on female or male is literally either caused by 99.999999999% tier head size or insane downward growth with maxila and jaw like horse

If you don’t have a high and feminine hairline I’d go for a different cut since this one makes your face almost too wide. Also you have a pretty intimidating face. If you built a thick neck and gymmaxxed and got livelier skin I think you’d do very well with women.

Fuaaaark , I measure from chin to Hairline which gave me 18.9 cm and it's apparently the average for males but u clearly can see it's short looking

Your ultimate goal is to have hair on top that is styled upwards and short sides and back this will make your face more balanced. Think Nick Bateman. If that doesn't work you will have to go with short top with shorter sides and back and then you will have to get your hair line lined up.
