u gotta fix ur hair it's got potential. get a haircut, tell the barber keep the bulk but trim half an inch. get a low taper too. make sure u go to a barber that knows how to fade proper. then get ur eyebrows fixed by the same barber.
get an eyelash curler and use it.
your skin looks clear enough just make sure to keep it moisturized throughout the day.

get products for curly hair. you'll have to experiment and it will unfortunately cost money.
I use some loreal extraordinary oil conditioner and Shea moisture coconut and hibiscus shampoo. ig you can try them out to start and see if it works well.
buy a curl cream, and leave in conditioner. I used to use As I Am leave in, and some eden bodyworks curl cream.

NEVER SHAMPOO EVERY DAY. This is very important. if you feel your scalp become dirty too quick then sure you can shampoo every 2-3 days, if not then please do not shampoo more than twice a week.
Conditioner every time you shower. leave it in your hair for at least 3 minutes.
Buy a silk or satin pillowcase.

For thicker eyebrows I heard minodoxil is good. you can also try castor oil. Just make sure they're well groomed. put Vaseline on em to help make em look clean.

also for ya lips: get your toothbrush and dip it in warm/kinda hot water for like 10 seconds. then brush your lips with it. it'll exfoliate them, they'll be red af. that's what I do. then put Vaseline on em, or lip balm. ion use the stick one cus it don't work as well for me.
don't do that toothbrush shit every day tho cus it might fuck up ur lips but do it sometimes.
