Rate? Help?

So I just want to get rated by the community. It can be as honest as possible I am able to take anything y’all say.
Body stats:
185cm
86kg (measured in at about 18% bodyfat)
Intern 18 in about a month.

I want to say I am able to grow a full beard. As you can see my face is really puffy. I’m currently still fasting and I’m really bloated. I also know I need to drop do about 75-78kg to be around 11-13% bodyfat. I have an overbite as u can tell. I think my biggest flaws are my eyes and my side profile. I think my front profile doesn’t look too bad. If I could estimate my rating I would say I’m slightly below average. Could be wrong tho. I’m thinking about hopping on Reta. If u think Reta is dumb cuz I could possibly not be able to cut I understand BUT I allready lost about 16kg of fat so I know what I’m doing when it comes to cutting just its hard to get Reta in Switzerland (where I live). Every advice and rating will be greatly appreciated.

I also want to add that I mostly want to softmax. I don’t really want any surgeries.

You need to get lean if you want to look better, do eye exercises for canthal tilt you’re ltn now but good potential
