its a good result but only because of her base, she was deficient everywhere, and the genioplasty is what ascended her more than the bimax it self. My guess is that it was a surgery from insurance. and also although she does look very good her ratios are all over the place, except her cheekbones are prominent, which is what I think makes her base so good. Sadly she got ICR from what ive seen from her page, and will have to get her joints replaced. Very sad. a reminder that everyone should get their joints checked before bimax, its a lot more common in women than men but can still happen
