Is the jawline a death sentence or can HTN/chad pull it off?

What I mean is I have his same exact jawline asymmetry.

Can it be really seen even at first glance in real life?

This guy is a MTN but lets say every other feature puts you at HTN except your jawline that is asymmetric like his can he pull it off?
