eye color doesnt matter, try to go on a calorie deficit till youre around 10-11% bodyfat. your bonemass is good so if u uncover it, it will ascend u. hope this helps

Probably not i would suggest shaving the unibrow (ik you dont have one but you still have a lot in the middle of your brows give it more space ) and maybe a light beard

Train neck and get your hair SLIGHTLY longer, take oral minox to grow lashes, lose a bit of bodyfat it wont hurt. Rn lhtn after softmaxes htn (hhtn if you hit the gym a lot and get a very good lean physique)
