going to get submental lipo and genio for sure. My jaw is defined when I’m lean but I’m currently bulking. Going to get rhino as well and probably fat grafts or fillers under eyes and cheeks. I’m also going to talk to some eye specialists about lateral cathoplasty to increase palepebral fissure length but it’s kinda risky

I’m very serious about all of this, I already have the funds, was going to lefort 3 for cheekbones but I backed out and will do implants later with Eppley

You know best since you see yourself everyday, but incase you want other opinions:
Don't think jaw is that bad, midface isnt bad. Honestly lowering eyebrows and liplift would do a shit ton for you. You have harmony even if you don't have prominent bones so make sure the surgeons dont fuck that up

I talked to a few surgeons about philtrum lifts, a lot of them said I didn’t need it after consulting in person. Plus it can’t really be done without maxillary impaction (Lefort 1) cause I have normal gum show.

reverse brow lift seems kinda rare..Eppley has talked about it so maybe I’ll chat him up when I get implants

Good facial development, good under eye support from a forward grown midface, wide palate.

Your biggest flaw imo is your soft jaw. Start training the chewing muscles. If you could get some masseter strength, and maybe reduce buccinator size (muscles in your cheek area) you could get a much less rounded jaw.

I'm well aware harmony is important but he has no attractive features along with a shit philtrum to chin ratio. But he won't ever be more than a 5 with that shit lower third.

He has a nice eye area despite his high-set eyebrows, though. His lower third is definitely bad, but his nose is normal and he has a nice eye area, so it evens out. Of course you are entitled to your own opinion.

Low nose bridge. A lot of asians get it for that reason. I got nose fillers to raise my bridge before to test it it. Makes asians look more high class. Also the septum is slightly deviated
