"Just get cosmetic surgery to attract women". You could apply this "potential" to every man if they had surgeries.

I get what you mean though. He does have a good skull shape naturally, and the camera being that close is distorting his face. Rhinoplasty and orthrodontics are not very invasive to require a lot of risks and time and money.
