I've spent s lot of time in Cambodia. About a year and a half there between Phnom Penh and Sihanoukeville between 2013 and 2017. I was stuck in SHV for about six months but that was back in 2015 before the Chinese ruined it. Anyways, I see Cambodia's changed a lot.

WEAR A SPF50 LIP BALM. THE HIGHER THE BETTER. BROWN LIPS/HYPERPIGMENTATION IS ONE OF THE MOST EASILY RECOGNISEABLE DEATHNIC CHARACTERISTICS

if you bleach ur lips and skin youll look NEApassing enough

i tried exfoliating and whatever but it just seems to stay brown, i see more pink from the bottom tho.
