You guys are just missing one small thing, no plastic surgery can achieve the sort of natural look and contours he has. If you have underlying bad bone structure, it means the 3-d contours of your face are not optimal, putting filler to cover up is useless. You can never achieve that same masc contours, because the filler will morph to that bad underlying bone giving a gay ass fake bloated look. I have not even seen a single plastic surgery result that gives you a worthwhile natural look.

I mean look at astro, near perfect harmony, good IPD, good FWHR, immaculate lips, hollow cheeks, perfect ogee curve. He would literally have to do a box osteotomy, msdo, mse, infraorbital implants, jaw+ chin implants + zygo implants to look like what he does now. In addition to that he needs to also achieve harmony. Just think about it, if surgery was the way you'd see a lot more ascension case, but all you see is fucked up botched monsters as a result of surgery. The only good results of surgery are minor ones i.e. only 1 flaw has been corrected that doesn't overshadow the rest of the face.
