IDK if the last pic is him since I personally haven't watched IS' video/s featuring him and only found these pics off of Google Images (and Pinterest for the last one). But it seems like it's him.
Mirin eye area and hollow cheeks. Some would say his full beard covers it but who cares? A real feminine woman from the villages who isn't exposed to Jew chemicals in food and water that rape her hormones and modern Western beauty standards which tell men to shave like fags would prefer this by a lot.
