Looked at some of her other pics at she has a sharper lower third

And better eye area

She's actually in the HTB range

In her prime with Makeup she was a Stacylite, hardly any Striking features for higher objectively (Stacy).. so without makeup likely she was in the HTB range. I'd say Low HTB (being generous considering 1st and 3rd pic)

Idk how this could be higher objectively tbh

In pics like this she's a solid HTB, around High HTB.. but she's following a Latina version of the early 2010 look (that was also in the late 90s), that gives her higher appeal

I don't think this is top 1% of women still. If 100 women wore makeup a few would look better PSL wise
