looks like some squinching due to weird medial canthus and perhaps the camera angle is not completely straight (he might be looking up a bit). regardless, the hooding, pfl, eye shape, eye color, eyebrows/eyelashes are all great but might be a bit frauded pic and if the rest of the face is not harmonious its still over

looks insanely downturned and very tight, the caruncle seems completely invisible which makes me think the lower eyelid is artificially pulled up

I have the same thing, my medial canthus is downturned but my caruncle is almost invisible because I have some skin over it
Idk what cause that.
