1. Sleeping on my back and doing various excersises

Though majority of my asymmetry comes from sleeping on 1 side, i may aswell do the tmj excersises and neck stretching for the posture benefits.

I will dye my eyebrows and eyelashes dark brown. I cut off my eyelashes because i dyed them black and looked like a faggot, though im hoping they will grow back the same length as before.

4. Supplements
40mg Lycopene
24mg Astaxanthin
60mg beta carotene
50mg Zinc gluconate
2mg copper
600mg hyaluronic acid
all for skin basically besides copper, might also add magnesium glycinate for the sleep benefits

5. leanmax
Until i'm about 13-15% bodyfat, might also gymmax solely for the frame

6. Keratin treatment

Copper and Zinc supplements are going to do absolutely 0 also sleep position doesn't make a duckinf difference only thing is sleep quality and sleeping hours

Some supplements are fine, e.g. Vit D.
Especially if you have to take because blood work showed you are deficient

Other than that get most of what you need from optimal diet
