I am forced to run every day, not like hours but usually 30 minutes a day. I'm still overweight as when I was really young nobody cared about how much I was eating and i ate only fried chicken and frozen pizza alongside a ton of cereal, now I'm eating clean and I've lost a lot of fat but I'm still overweight, I also have gyno so idk how to fix it.

But at least here in my village there's so so so many farmers, I can get grass fed beef or pasture raised chickens for half the price for regular food. Even raw milk for very cheap, 4 liters is like 2 dollars

I guess, but we aren't that far from the city, like 14km away. Still, we have most things a city has, it's just we are filled to the brim with farmers
