Hard to say at 14, you still have a very junevil face and you have a lot of face fat. I guess if you're lucky you'll change naturally with puberty in a good or a bad way. For now do cardio to lose fat.

work out 6 times a week (ppl split for example) with 30-45 of cardio after each session, hop on a diet and grow hair out.
