please dont recklessly cut weight and get stuck at your height. if i were you i would recomp so basically only eat whole meals and protein shakes with no snacks like chips. you will lose some weight but you wont end up skinny fat which is way worse than what you are now. obviously go to the gym but the biggest issue that you have is you are not well-groomed at all. a htn can get away with it but you look unkempt. your face is chubby which does happen during puberty because of weight gain and hormones so that takes time to change but you have this greasy hair that makes you look even chunkier. honestly your haircut is decent but it it styled too tall in the front so make it flatter.Is it over for me?
