Facially speaking mtn is accurate, as a whole the face is elongated and narrow with low angularity. The face is still solid though because of the great eye area and excellent health indicators, I attached an edit where the proportions are optimized and the difference is pretty big.

But seriously the height makes me have to say cl, OP is projected to be 197cm at age 20. If he builds a proportional frame the presence he will have is going to be insane.

he has htn potential, chadlite is out of reach imo, facially that is, he wont have chadlite bones unless he has insane late puberty which i dont think is the case considering hes alrd so tall at 14. depends on whcih tanner stage hes in tho

Did u just shorten his philtrum and widen his jaw

Did u just shorten his philtrum and widen his jaw
That among a bunch of shit. Made the nose shorter, cheekbones wider, chin broader and shorter, gave him a more obtuse frontal jaw angle, lowered his eyebrows, made his upper lip thicker, and lower lip thinner. To do all of this is pretty much impossible to do even with surgery, especially making the midface shorter since it's unfortunately not just vertical maxillary excess that you can cut off with Le Fort 1.
