ur definetely not cooked if u 14, u have like 3 or 4 years to ascend, you need to at least eat healthy food and excercise a lot, spend less time on your phone, walk a lot and spend time in nature ig xd, also would be nice to take blood tests every few months and see if your hormones, protein, sugar etc are ok, I dont think what I said above will make you an 8psl slayer, but it will definitely be a big plus, I cant really advise you anything else

cant tell really im kinda gray, and i dont know if you already hit your puberty, actually i want to add that you should go for swimming, its soooo good for height and frame, and always check if your posture is good

Just do basic improvements. It will help.
Examples:
Fitness
Sporting
Eating healthier.
(Boosting testosterone in general)
not stoping taking care of yourself.

You're only 14 you shouldnt push your self too far with al those facial messages etc it will fuck up your facial balances. When you're 16-20 id say you will be htn by that time.
