Flared ears - Look into Otosticks to fraud better ears.

Small Eyes (narrow pfl, high UEE) - Just start frauding by wearing glasses. Curl your lashes to try to hide the UEE. Start tightlining to make your lashes look longer.

Weird Eyebrows - Get them dyed a couple shades darker than your hair. Start relaxing your frontalist muscle/forehead, most people are subconsciously tensing their forehead and raising their brows. Relax that muscle and your brows should seem lower set.

Narrow Jaw - Chew more or sm, idk. Or wait for puberty to save you.

Also it looks like you haven't hit puberty yet, pray that your bone structure improves. Hope you ascend twin.
