I’m a 15 year old sophomore and I’ve currently been following a routine I’ve made for the past 5 months, which includes, 8-10 hours of sleep, gym 4-5 times a week, creatine, lots of water, more potassium than sodium, icing my face every morning, good diet whilst cutting out added sugars, using and abusing angles, ect. Anyways please rate me and let me know what I can improve I know some of you will see the pics and simply point out to lose more body fat which I’ve been in the process of doing but these two pics were taken at different times and in one I’m slightly squinting one of my eyes not to fraud but cuz I sent it to my friend and thought it was funny so please rate me and tell me what I can improve on looks wise.
