Philtrum, lips, nose can be improved. Make your face look unique, but a little strange. However, you are handsome enough to overcome these faults. If you really want to, you could become chadlite, or higher with a little or a lot of hardmaxxing. You don't really need to go through all that pain, financial stress and struggle however, as your already solidly HTN. Perhaps MTN, or below, in terms of appeal to certain girls, depending on their reaction to your features, but your base is fantastic.

Try and improve the resting position of lips, especially upper on top lift, and try and smile with your eyes more. You look on the brink of crying in this pic. it is allowed, but i told my friend i was gonna get rhino and he said his mom got it and she said with eben a little bit of pressure it can hurt

life changing advice btw, i was trying to improve my eyelashes but i dunno where to start
