I just turned 15. What would you rate me and what is my potential?

Seeing kids on this account is like an experiment. For the next 4 years please chew 4 pieces of falim, hard mew, chintuck, and take copious amounts of k2 and D3 daily, like 5000 mcg D3 and 1 mg of K2 daily (MK7) coupled with a bunch of other vitamins and minerals(which should be consumed via healthy foods). When you turn 16, start going to the gym and lift at least 3x a week, hitting every major muscle group. Once you're 16.5 years old, start bonesmashing your zygos and chin with your fists (if this is too much, start with a boiled egg, I know, it sounds autistic, but it's easier than your knuckles). Stay away from drugs, porn, and junk food, and if you do all that I said you'll be a mogger for the rest of your life.

You can if you want now, but it becomes easier to develop muscle the older you are. 16 is a good age to start. For example, I first started going to the gym at 14, and it took me a year to hit 135 pounds on bench for 1 rep. I stopped lifting until I became 16, and it took me 2 weeks to hit 135 when I started again.

Well at 14 I was also 120 pounds. And I did make a lot of progress now JFL. Even at 14 I would still mog your 16 year old ass in the gym. Worry about yourself kid

100 kg is warmup weight, and also don't larp to yourself, you gain nothing. I just did a background check and I'd be damned if you can put up 85 for 8.

You should strive for gains, but don't sacrifice everything for the gym. That's just cringe.
