I know you're 15 and still going through development, but you kinda need to lose weight. Or at least lose fat.

You don't have strong dentofacial development, so that's the primary reason behind your lack of facial angularity, but the face fat obscures any bone structure you might have even more. So, that'd be a start. You'll gain some angularity as you progress through puberty though.

Also, probably training your neck. Would help to masculinize your face a bit more which currently looks too effiminate.

Your eyebrows lack density. Apply topical minoxidil each morning and night, should notice and increase in hair growth there in a couple months.

That aside, focus on maintaining proper posture, also tongue posture (mewing, as its called but I hate the term now), might not do much at your age, but will prevent things from getting worse. Once you're older, you can look into surgical options.
