You look great bro just slightly receased infras from what I see you have a really good ramus and hair I can see growing it out but you look good mhtn with potential of htn by the end of the year

I think until they grow over your ears that would be the perfect length also make sure to style them and take proper care of them too

I would put some minoxidol on ur eyebrowns, dye them thats it.
