I was on accutane for only about 4 months and i had clear skin during the summer aside from some scarring. Ive started to get some more pimples but i think it is mainly to do with shaving because I keep getting in grown hairs. Not sure if creatine has anything to do with my face puffiness but the rest of my body is lean except for my face

I forgot to mention im using topical tretinoin 0.05 but I should’ve just taken better pics because these were super quick during school and not a very good angle
