You are a victim of camouflage orthodontics. They aligned your teeth, but you still have a skeletal underbite.

You should consider LeFort I when you are older. Very unfortunate situation.

You can see minor nasolabial folds here, which is likely due to the lack of maxilla support.

Luckily for you, your maxilla isn't majorly recessed, and your mandible is projected well. Great browridge, good orbital bones, great ramus.

Theoretically, all you need is a LeFort I, and you will be good. DO NOT let any surgeon talk you into a mandible setback, your mandible is actually really good - the problem is purely maxilla.
