Kind of an old picture have been doing a lot of chin tucks and have improved my posture. Any ideas how i can improve in general

Know this is an old ass mf post but. Your nose is one of the biggest flaws and one of the easiest low risk fixable things you can improve. Your front profile is your strength and your nose is really big and wide. Fix that and you should be bordering low htn I think. Fix the skin aswell.
