Jaw - only surgeries. Nose too, but you can try debloating and loosing bodyfat. You look bloated as fuck tbh. And bloating judging by your puffiness under the eyes, its due to poor sleeping habits. Or you just have underdeveloped maxilla(its over), hard to judge for me rn

I sleep for about 8 hours. I always have bags under my eyes. I just don't know how to remove the bloated face, I got them after some events. I do sports and drink enough water, I just don't know what to do
