He clearly suffers from SFS in the side profile, he would benefit greatly from a Trimax. Cases like this usually have crazy ascensions.

Your ramus isn't that tall, it only looks tall in comparison to your short mandible.

Your lower third is clearly short in height in both the frontal and the side profile. I'm not just going off of the gonial angle.

I'm sorry boyo you have mild SFS. But this shouldn't be taken as a bad thing, it gives you the opportunity to ascend hard via Trimax with extremely natural looking results.
