Same thing. I always have below average and ugly females giving me IOIs but i try to aim for my looksmatch. Never touched a drop dead gorgeous female + never had one give me 3 milliseconds of her time but i don't really care.

Yes, grow a beard. Also wear colored contact lenses, they helped me a lot and lots of females who don't know me thought i looked pretty (on multiple occasions).

Honestly, it's not only your philtrum but your long nose as well as your slightly low IPD that prevent you from being anything above high tier normie. You have low midface ratio and it's unfixable, same problem as me.
