I would say u look HTN but u look like you are living in one of the Nordic countries (if that is true I would say low HTN) as result of many men in your country looking pretty good on average but I recommend u grow the hair and u can attract ppl your age with this cut u look too intimidating which girls at 16 won’t find attractive
