What problems do I have (am I recessed for example), what can I improve on, and what is my rating (low htl maybe?)

bad skin, bad eyebrows, hopefully the side profile haircut is the one you have now. all fixable flaws

Just by your shoulders I'm guessing you are between 5'6 - 5'9 which is a nerf

yeah my upper lip is thin so i got long philtrum thats a flaw, i had to buzz my hair unfortunately, and im actually like 6'1. Working on skin and eyebrows, thanks for the advice!

i know and it bothers me so much, went to the dermatologist and she prescribed me epiduo, but it made my face red like a tomato so imma have to try it again with sandwich method and build up to everyday use. Thanks for the input bro appreciated
